Seconds are pieces discounted for minor defects that affect appearance but not function. Perfectly usable, just a little different than the rest!

Defects include:

- Marks or discoloration that could not be sanded away from the bases of pots

-Forgotten stamp mark at the bottom of a piece (the stamp is the little signature at the bottom of a pot that tells who made it. My maker’s mark is an ‘S’.)

-Pieces that were glazed too thickly and are therefore a bit heavy.

Prices will vary slightly depending on the severity of the defect or type of object. All defects will be noted in the description of the specific object :)

Please note, all sales are final for seconds*; Two objects of the same type may be listed with slight variations in price due to the severity of the defect (e.g., two cups in the same size and color but one has a missing stamp mark, and the other has a small chip at the bottom).
